Email response states 7 days to reply, no answer on the phone.
Paid for next day delivery, nothing received apart from a tracking number, which does not work.
If this is how important their customer service is then I don't want to see the standards of the factory.
With the amount of competition out there , use a different company
You pay them £120 you receive nothing but a non working tracking number, take that one to dragons den!

Order never received. Contacted costumer service and never had a response. Ended up going through PayPal to get my money back.

Non existent customer service
Delivery received later than expected (not complaining about this, as was notified. 6kgs bag of food missing, but paid for. No response to emails or phone messages left.
Contacted trading standards now.

Avoid - Terrible Customer Service
Customer service has been a complete let down with this organisation. They are clearly in desperate need of new leadership - as the saying goes, a fish rots from its head.

Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible! So disappointed with the customer service and the fact that 3 orders have all gone missing, we're never going to receive these orders and the company just doesn't care, they just pretend to ship out a new order and that new one doesnt come!

DONT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR FOOD
I think they have gone bust as no replies to emails I just spent 135 pounds three weeks ago and still nothing no contact ,, been subscribed for two years , but no more ,,, awful firm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot be trusted having to claim money from credit card and will have to also issue small claims through the County Court

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered food on the 28th November, they took my money. After a week food had not arrived, so phoned up and spoke to Sophie who assured me that it was being dispatched that night and 100% I’d have it before weekend. I’ve had a look at my order and it’s still not been dispatched! Tried phoning but nobody there, not answering to emails. Will never deal with them direct again.

Great product repeat use for over a…
Great product repeat use for over a year.
No answer on their phone line, nor call back. 10 days since order but still no delivery. ( over £100 repeat order). Yes I know there are rail/ post strikes; but my poor dog is having to live on rubbish rather than Quality ! I want to love this company...

non-existent customer service.
I have sent 3 emails and left a phone message regarding a batch of wet food that had leaked and spoiled. I have had absolutely no response! The company need to improve their complaints review immediately. I for one wil not be ordering from them again.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money
Cold pressed chicken with sweet potato dry dog food very expensive for six kg at the local pet store and now the foxes will get this and even they will probably refuse to eat it.
My dog even my cats simply won’t touch it.

Horrendous customer service
Always ordered food from Forthglade! Order arrived damaged and food ended up in the bin. Tried contacting for weeks with no response. About a month in I got a response to say food was on its way. Never arrived. Another 2-3 weeks tying to contact, emails and voicemails ignored until I said i was opening a dispute with the bank. I had a phone call back within 10 mins and I was promised a whole box of food was being dispatched that day. 2 months later it’s still not arrived. No answers on the phones no answer to emails. I’m appalled as the service was always fantastic. Will not order again. This has been going on since the beginning of August!

1st time experience with forthglade
I had been feeding both my dogs dry food containing poultry and asked the vet for suggestions. He mentioned fish or duck and keep off poultry, hence the reason to order from Forthglade who have a great selection.
This is the 1st time I have ordered from Forthglade and have to say my 2 friends absolutely love the duck and salmon wet food. It was a large order of 72 trays which were not damaged in transit. Fingers crossed this will be the same on my next order, as the reviews posted by other people are very alarming.

Atrocious Customer Service
Have fed Forthglade to our dogs for years, they are a local company to us and we used to collect from the factory. Decided to order online for ease, box showed no signs of damage but 25% of trays had burst with an awful mess inside cartons. Customer service impossible to contact, messages saying will respond in 2 weeks absolutely ridiculous in this day and age.

Disgusting food and service
On our 3rd subscription order, bought 72 packs and we’re on about a 20% success rate of getting one that isn’t off.

We’ve emailed twice, rung them 3 times and no response so now we’ve cancelled our direct debit.

For anyone else, try Symply, they’re much better.
